Our Vision for the Community
It’s not complicated. We were built for you. We believe in this community, our community, so much, that we created a place just for you. We built our gym because we believe the extraordinary will happen here. Not, can happen here, but will happen here. We will not forfeit the extraordinary because we believe in you and in this gym. We not only want to transform our little town, we want to transform you. We want to create a place where people feel at home and supported through it all. Of course we believe in physical transformation, but what we believe in more is internal transformation. We want to make you strong, on the inside and the outside. We have big dreams for this little town. We hope you will join us.
It all began 10 years ago…Jeff and Eric met at a gym (go figure). It was like divine intervention, like the stars aligned. Little did these two know, that 10 years later their conversations about their dream of building a gym would come true. Not only did their dream start to come true, they happened to find a group of people, one at a time, who believed like they did. Whatever doubt they may have had, started to disappear. It’s like the pieces fell into place one by one. This gym was meant to be.

Jeff Rose + Eric Stafford
Meet Jeff and Eric. These guys plain ole’ rock. They had a vision for a new gym for their town. Not only a gym to workout in, but a gym for their community. Nothing means more to these guys than creating a place to transform their city and the lives of the people who live here.
Sheldon comes to us with nearly 16 years in gym management. He genuinely values each member of our fitness community. His generosity, commitment, and unwavering support has helped members and the community reach new heights. He is the bread to our jam. We love him and so will you.
Certified Personal Trainer
Sandy Branch, an ACSM and ACE certified personal trainer, loves helping people reach their fitness and health goals while building their confidence through exercise. She holds an associate degree in applied sciences for exercise science from Portland Community College as well as a Healthy Older Adult Fitness and Group Fitness Leadership certification. Her specialties include senior fitness, yoga, and teaching people how to run and prepare for races at any level.
Besides her ACSM accreditation, she is currently certified as 200-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance, Aquatic Exercise Association, and Better Bones and Balance instructor. A Molalla native and an avid runner, Sandy co-leads the Molalla Running Club and volunteers within the community. She is our senior group class instructor and offers 3 different classes a week.

Lindsay Huitt + Andrea Terry
Meet Lindsay and Andrea, our group fitness instructors. These girls are going to rock your socks off! They teach everything from Zumba to Kickboxing to Body Pump. You will love their energy!
